Existing Clients

If you are already a client, you should have  a Custom Client organizer in your SmartVault portal vault here : SmartVault Portal. If you do not know how to access your SmartVault portal, please contact our office at 480-926-0672 and we will help you get your vault set up.  If you have a new business or a new rental, please use the 2020 Schedule C and the 2020 Schedule E pdfs below. There are additional SmartVault Instructions on our Important Updates tab.

New Clients

Please call the office at 480-926-0672 to have a SmartVault portal set up. We will need basic information, including name, address, email address and Social Security number to set up your SmartVault account.  SmartVault is just as easy as using email, but it is significantly more secure than using email to get your documents to us. We will assist you with the portal setup so you can obtain the new client paperwork we will need.

In addition to completing the new client paperwork found in your portal, we will also need you to provide the following:

  1. A copy of your 2019 Tax Return:  We need a copy of your prior year tax return because there are often items from that return that get carried over to the new year.
  2. Source documents for 2020:  W-2s, 1099s, K-1s, and any other official tax documents you have received

Once you have everything completed and ready, you can drop off everything at our office or upload it to your SmartVault client portal.
